Bake 52: Week 28

This week Amanda chose to bake a 
FRESH FRUIT TART
 YUM!  Tart crust, pastry cream, and fresh fruit! This was awesome!
My friend, Talesha, and I decided it would be fun to bake together this week - we had a blast and I am glad we could split the tart so I didn't eat the whole thing - it's always good to share!
We couldn't find raspberries, so we used fresh peaches and they were delicious!  We also subbed in caramel syrup for the jam.  You can't go wrong adding a little caramel, right? Mmmmmm.
