Oatmeal Scones
I've never had a scone that wasn't fried. So although these are much healthier, they seemed more like a cookie or biscuit. I really liked the texture, and the flavor was good too - subtle with a little sweetness. Easy to make and can be made ahead, which is always nice for a breakfast option!
